I have over 10 years of experience providing advice and support to overcome difficult changes in your personal or professional life. Depending on your needs I use coaching and/or Psychology to help you achieve your goals and improve your wellbeing. Coaching is used to address immediate and well-defined goals, while Counselling helps you to recognise and manage changes in your life

Face difficult life events such as bereavement, losing your job, or divorce. Counselling can also help you to deal with emotional issues such as coping with depression and anxiety, building your resilience, and managing work-related stress.
Any parent of a teenager knows teens can be moody, distant, and defiant at times. The most common issues in adolescents are anxiety, mood, lack of attention, and behaviour disorders.
I am a Coach and Psychology qualified both in England and in Spain, I enrolled in the Open University to study Psychology and Counselling. I have over 10 years of experience as a coach/counsellor, providing advice and supporting people from around the world to face changes in their life. My background is multicultural as the direct result of living in different countries, and being able to speak Spanish, Italian, English, and Catalan.
I am registered with professional bodies including; International Coaching Federation (ICF), Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) and the British Psychological Society (BPS).
I have always been passionate about helping people to achieve sustainable wellbeing as well as reaching their full potential, wherever they are and whatever they are doing. I build tailored, high-quality sessions specifically for each client, supporting you at both a personal and professional level. I strongly believe that therapy can bring positive changes and improve your life.
Nowadays, everyone can feel lost or confused from time to time, and even experience symptoms such as a changes in your mood, lack of confidence, difficulties to sleep, and tension in our body, making us more vulnerable to stress.
However, I have good news; you are not alone. Talking with a professional can provide concrete help and support, as well as long-term relief from issues or problems you are facing. I know that choosing the right treatment can be a challenge. I am specialized in developing individual programmes, creating a bespoke programme using coaching or counselling sessions depending on your needs, providing you with a holistic approach unique to you.
My approach will enable you to be involved and engaged in every step of our sessions, and raise your awareness of how you think, feel and act in the present moment. This will enable you to strengthen further and tailor your approach to the future. Also, I will provide different tools that will support and guide you in your future decisions.
I understand the value of providing a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can feel acknowledged, listened to and supported. I build strong therapeutic relationships based on discretion, privacy and confidentiality.
Also, I am mental health first aider. In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering for a mental health charity supporting people to take control of their recovery, develop skills and lead meaningful lives.
